Work Christmas party packages start from $79 per person for the Deck the Halls with Dice Tavern table package. Console booth packages start from $81 per person, the semi-private Tavern package from $85 per person, and private Arena hire from $95 per person. All packages run for 3 hours and include a canape selection with beverage upgrades available.
Can we have a work Christmas party for under $100 or $150 per person?
Yes. Every Fortress Christmas party package starts under $100 per person, from $79 for a Tavern table up to $95 for private Arena hire. That leaves room in a $100 or $150 per head budget for beverage upgrades, a team building activity or a tournament.
How many people can Fortress host for a work Christmas party?
Fortress can host Christmas parties for 10 to 1,000 people. Tavern table and console booth packages suit 10 to 30 guests, the semi-private Tavern package takes 40 to 80 in Sydney and 40 to 120 in Melbourne, and private Arena hire takes 80 to 320 in Sydney and 80 to 350 in Melbourne.

Both venues have the Arena (cocktail 400 in Melbourne, 360 in Sydney), the Tavern (full restaurant 400 in Melbourne, 380 in Sydney) and a PC LAN Gaming Lounge. Sydney also has the 2315 Bar for 70 cocktail guests. Melbourne also has the Arcade for 80 guests and a Broadcast Studio.
Can we hire the whole venue for our Christmas party?
Yes. You can book a private space like the Arena or the 2315 Bar, or hire the whole of Fortress for a large work Christmas party. We've hosted events that took over the entire venue, so talk to our events team about exclusive hire.
Is there a private bar option for our Christmas party?
Yes. In Sydney the Frosty's Playground package gives you the private 2315 Cocktail Bar for 40 to 80 guests, with an LED interactive pool table, retro arcades and life-sized games, from $81 per person. The Great Holiday Showdown Arena package in Melbourne or Sydney includes a private bar and cocktail style setup.

Every package includes 3 hours in your chosen space, a canape selection and beverage upgrades.
