To claim your reward, just mention the completed referred event to our sales team for verification — or have your referred friend mention your event when they book to secure your reward.

All referral rewards are not valid with any other offer
Referral rewards are limited to one per employee per annum.
Referral rewards are not applicable to events booked through a third-party provider (PCO, Event Management Company, etc.).
Corporate Clients:
Events referred must be booked and held within six months following the initial event held.
Minimum pre-paid event spend of $1,500.00
Kids Parties:
A Kids/Teen birthday party package must be booked
Events referred must be booked and held within six months following the initial event held.
Minimum 10 guests must be purchased to redeem the 11th guest free.
Adult Social Events:
Minimum $450.00 group event spend (subject to change during peak periods)
Events referred must be booked and held within six months following the initial event held.

School/Youth Groups:
Minimum 2 hr Youth activity or EduPackage must be booked

Uni Group Offers:
Must have a minimum of 30 guests
Must have a minimum pre-paid spend of $20.00 pp (subject to change during peak periods)

Fortress friend offer:
The referred event must be a new booking and not an existing event.
Minimum spend requirements apply to all event bookings. Starting from just $450.00, depending on the final guest count.
Referred events must be booked and held within six months of the initial enquiry.
Rewards will be issued to the referrer after the referred event has taken place.

Terms & Conditions:
Valid for groups that book a Fortress Event Package.
Not valid for online bookings. The event must be booked via the linked Enquiry Form on the gift card and facilitated by a Fortress Sales Executive.
Minimum guest numbers apply as per package requirements.
Minimum spend thresholds may apply, depending on the selected package.
The event must be contracted and signed within 100 days of the original event attended
Eligible events must be booked and held within 12 months of the original event date.
Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
One gift card redemption per booking.
Valid only for full-priced event packages.
