What is Fortress Membership?
$20/month, recurring. It gets you 50% off PC gaming, a $25 Food & Drink voucher each month, free board game hire, and happy hour pricing every day — at whichever Fortress location you sign up for.
How do I join?
Head to fortress.games/membership and click Join Melbourne or Join Sydney. Enter your name, email, mobile number, and optionally date of birth, then pay with your card — it’s a normal secure checkout, handled by Stripe.
Is membership tied to one location?
Yes — whichever location you choose at signup, Melbourne or Sydney, is the one your perks apply to. If you want membership at both, get in touch with us directly for now.
When do my perks start?
Immediately after payment goes through — no waiting period.

How much am I charged, and when?
$20, charged today, then again on the same date every month until you cancel.
Can I change my card details?
Not self-serve yet — for now, contact us directly if your card changes or a payment fails, and we’ll sort it manually.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, Stripe automatically emails a receipt for every payment.
CANCELLING
How do I cancel?
Log into the Membership Hub, enter your email, we’ll send you a one-time code, and hit Stop Payment.
Will I get a refund for the current month?
No — cancelling stops future billing, but you keep your perks until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No partial refunds.

It’s applied automatically to your account when you log into a PC at the venue — no code needed.
How does the $25 Food & Drink voucher work, and how do I redeem it?
It refreshes each billing period — the Hub shows how many days are left to use it. Ask a team member at the counter to help redeem it while we finalise the POS-side tracking.
What about happy hour pricing and board game hire?
Both apply automatically once you’re a member — just let the team know at the counter if it’s ever not applied.
