HOW BOARD GAME SOCIAL WORKS

Join us every Wednesday evening for a chill night of board gaming with a community of like-minded people! Gather your friends or bring yourself along for an exciting night of friendly rivalry and cooperation. We’ll have classic nostalgic board games or a new title waiting to become your next favourite!

Your lovely hosts of the evening will introduce themselves and the games that will be available to play during the evening. You’ll then break into groups depending on which board game interests you. There's name tags and signs to help you find groups looking for players or people looking to teach their favroutie game. If you're new, don't forget to introduce yourself to the hosts who can help match you up!

Questions about Board Game Social at Fortress

What can I expect during Board Game Social?

There will be tables with board games set up for you to play or to join. Throughout the night, games and groups may shift and change, so if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the roaming hosts who can assist you and will make sure everyone has a great time!

Do I need a group to play?

Not at all! Board Game Social is open to both solo players and groups. Come hang out with your friends, or make some new ones, everyone is welcome! If you need help joining a group chat to the hosts to help you get started.

Do I need to book a ticket?

Nope! Just walk in on Wednesday night from 6pm and you can join in the fun!

Can I bring my own board games?

Absolutely! We will have a variety of board games suited for everyone ranging from complex to casual available on the night. You’re welcome to bring your own along with you! Board Game Social is also the perfect opportunity to teach your favourite game to new players or to find your next beloved board game!

Can minors attend Board Game Social?
