Speaking of generous servings — we need to talk about the chicken parmigiana. In Melbourne it's a Parma, in Sydney it's a Parmi, but either way it's a customer favourite that, if you haven't had the pleasure of trying yet... what are you waiting for? 250g of pure dedication, and might genuinely be the biggest you'll find anywhere.


Lunch from $19, plus evening meal specials every night and happy hour running 4–6pm, Monday to Saturday.

How much is lunch at Fortress?

Lunch starts from $19, and there are evening meal specials every night of the week.

When is happy hour at Fortress?

Happy hour runs from 4pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

What are the daily meal specials at Fortress?

Monday is Parma Power Up at $24. Tuesday is Team Up Tuesday with $10 pizza and house drinks. Wednesday is Burger Night at $20, with your choice of Double Smash, smokey bacon, chicken or plant-based. Thursday you can order any Jim's Classic meal and roll a D20 for the chance to eat free, on bar orders only.

How big is the chicken parmigiana at Fortress?

Is there a kids menu at Fortress?

Yes. The Gremlin's Menu is for kids 15 and under and includes a cheeseburger and fries, hot dog and fries, veggie double smash burger, chicken tenders and fries, or fish and chips, all at $15.

The menu is marked with V for vegetarian, VO for vegetarian option, VG for vegan, VGO for vegan option, GF and GFO for gluten free and gluten free option, and DF for dairy free. What is The Heroes' Feast?

The Heroes' Feast is a three course shared banquet with a medieval style table setup, a dedicated server for your group and complimentary board game hire for the length of the booking. You can add a mead pint or other house drink for $12 per person, or a Hero Cocktail and a Potion for $22 per person.
