The Fair Use Policy for Membership outlines acceptable behaviour and expectations for members of our community to ensure that all members are available to benefit equally from the membership offer.

1. Membership Benefits: Membership benefits are applicable to individual Members only and cannot be passed on or shared to non-members. Redemption can only be done by a Member for the Member’s personal use and individual redemption benefits are non-transferable.

Membership benefit codes or membership numbers may not be publicly advertised, onsold, shared or distributed beyond the individual Member.

Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash and benefits are not exchangeable for goods and services in other areas of Fortress. Monthly rewards are issued with a monthly expiry - unused benefits cannot be rolled over into subsequent membership months and cannot be redeemed once expired.

2. Conditions of Entry: All members are required to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Fortress. This includes respecting our staff, other members, our customers and our property. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of membership. Members are required to follow all Fortress Policies when in venue and interacting with the Fortress community.

3. Responsible Service of Alcohol: Members are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Members are expressly prohibited from selling, providing, or otherwise distributing alcohol to minors.

4. Minors Policy: Members are required to abide by our policy on minors, which prohibits minors from consuming alcohol and being present in certain areas of the premises without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Standard Safety Procedures: Members must adhere to our standard safety procedures, which include following fire safety protocols, maintaining clean and tidy premises, and reporting any suspicious activity to our staff.

6. Services & Infrastructure: Your use of the Services and Infrastructure of Fortress must be fair, reasonable and not excessive, as reasonably determined by us. We will consider your usage to be excessive and unreasonable where it materially exceeds the average and/or estimated use patterns over any day, week or month.

If in our reasonable opinion we consider your usage to be unfair, unreasonable and/or excessive, we may immediately suspend, modify or restrict your use of the Services or withdraw in full or in part your access to the Services & Infrastructure without notice to you.

We take the enforcement of this Fair Use Policy seriously and may take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating memberships, if members fail to comply with these guidelines.
