Your venue supplies the floor, power, internet, promotion and a duty manager. Hosted formats, tournaments and resilient connectivity are optional additions. Season engagements have a three-month minimum; event builds are quoted separately.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW.
How much space do we need?
Allow roughly 36–48 square metres for five to ten stations with a standard display. The exact footprint is confirmed at the site walk.
Who runs the gaming zone?
Open play is self-service. Your duty manager owns the floor, with remote technical support from Fortress. On-floor hosts can be quoted separately.
Do guests need their own games?
Guests sign in to their own Steam, Epic or Battle.net accounts and use their own libraries. The game selection is confirmed for your configuration.
What does our venue supply?
Floor space, suitable power, internet, promotion and a duty manager. Five stations use two standard 10A circuits; larger builds are power-planned.
What if our internet is unsuitable?
Fortress-managed networking and 5G or Starlink can be quoted as optional additions.
Can we hire for an event?
One-off builds are quoted per event. Seasonal residencies are billed monthly with a three-month minimum.
