Fortress worked with Organic PR and Netflix to host a post-premiere panel for the ‘Three Body Problem’. Fortress hosted the event, and supported with marketing to our audience to sell out the panel.
Astrophysicist Kirsten Banks & Science Journalist Jackson Ryan hosted the panel and Q&A, providing the audience with deeper insights into the science behind the series. This was followed by a celebration in the 2315 sci-fi bar, complete with a Three Body Problem themed content stop.
Jackson also served as our “Scientist in residence” for the following two days, inviting members of the public to visit him in the Tavern to answer any questions they might have or just to talk science.

BLAST | R6 Oceania League
Fortress is the local partner for the BLAST R6 Oceanic League, the official multi region pro tournament for Ubisoft's’ Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
Fortress is the event partner for the Oceanic region including project management of the year long event, tournament services, broadcast implementation, talent management, social media coverage and more.
Offering a studio broadcast, talent travel domestically to film multiple live shows for 4 weeks consecutively.

Fortress worked with Click Media and Maybelline to produce the ‘Eyes Up Cup’, an all-female Fortnite tournament. Fortress provided tournament administration, broadcast, and in-venue watch party.
32 players took to a custom-made Fortnite map to battle it out for their share of a 10,000 AUD prize pool.
9 of the campaign’s hero creators took to the Alienware Arena stage to play for a live audience.
The online broadcast debuted on the Maybelline YouTube channel, and was shared to all of Australia via the YouTube masthead, equating to over 49,000 live views.

Maybelline| Eyes Up Cup
Mclaren x alienware | take the wheel
Fortress worked with McLaren and Alienware to build a global campaign to be delivered alongside the F1 season.
The “Take the Wheel” campaign invited would-be-drivers to engage with Alienware racing activations in each region during race season. Activations in each region were localised to maximise relevance; Melbournians were challenged to beat Lando Norris’ lap time in the Albert Park circuit.
Fortress developed the full campaign and provided a bespoke technical solution that synchronised customer information and lap data with a 4 screen live broadcast and leaderboard.

Fortress worked with Tissot to host their “Shoot to Win” competition as part of an activation weekend for the NBA 2023 finals series.
The Alienware Arena was transformed into a basketball court for a 3 point competition, with participants shooting for a chance to win a Tissot watch every day. This included a custom lighting/show integration based on contestant scores.

EA | THE SIMS LOVESTRUCK
Supporting the release of The Sims 4’s newest expansion pack, Lovestruck, came a prime opportunity to unite the ANZ community in partnership with EA Australia.
With an aim to improve community sentiment and create a bespoke experience that belonged to fans, Fortress brought the world of The Sims to life via an integrated digital and in-venue marketing campaign culminating in two in-person celebrations across two states

Celebrating the release of the Borderlands film with fans of the iconic series, Fortress transformed the Alienware Arena into Moxxi’s Bar for 300 passionate guests.
Announcing the launch party with a creative EDM and giveaway campaign that pulled fans into the world of Pandora, guests were encouraged to submit fake reviews for the popular CLAPTRAP robot from the series to win a spot at the exclusive event.
On the night, guests were greeted with film-accurate cosplayers and CLAPTRAP robots, a 6-metre media wall for entry photos, custom-wrapped bar, bespoke cocktail menu, and shooting range with hand-painted prop-guns.
